Description: We are inviting tribal pop-up shop and artist vendors to attend the 5 Tribe Housing Conference at the Clearwater River Casino from on September 25, 2023 (tentative) Steps: Contact Tribal Small Businesses: Reach out to tribal businesses to let them know about the event. They may be able to spread the word to their members and help you find vendors.

Use Social Media: Utilize social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to promote the event and encourage vendors to participate. Create a dedicated hashtag for the event to make it easier for vendors to find and engage with your posts.

Create a Vendor Application: Create a vendor application that outlines the details of the event, such as the dates, location, and fees, and provide instructions on how vendors can apply to participate. You can distribute this application through email, social media, or through tribal organizations.

Ensure tables/chairs and space is reserved for the vendors

Measurement: When communicating with vendors prior to the event, I will include a request for an end of show sales receipt as part of the vendor requirements or guidelines. I will explain this information will be used to track sales and analyze the success of the event.

On the day of the event, I will remind vendors to provide an end of show sales receipt and provide them with a clear deadline for submitting the receipts. When I receive the numbers, I will compile the data into a spreadsheet to analyze the sales data. This will allow me to identify trends, popular items, and areas for improvement for future events.
